Introduction

Are you struggling to achieve the perfect eye makeup look? Don't worry, because a natural eye makeup look is easier to achieve than you might think! With just a few products and brushes, you can create a stunning look that will leave everyone wondering how much time you spent on your makeup. So, let's dive into this natural eye makeup tutorial and discover some amazing tips!

Discovering the Magic of Natural Eye Makeup

I've always loved experimenting with eyeshadow, especially considering I have big, round eyes that are so much fun to play up. However, I understand that not everyone has a lot of time to spend on their makeup routine. That's why a natural eye makeup look is the perfect go-to for busy days. Today, I want to share with you a simple yet effective trick that will make it look like you've spent hours on your eye makeup when in reality, it takes just a few minutes.

The Before and After Shot

The Easy Tip to Natural Eye Makeup

Now, let me share with you one of my all-time favorite makeup tips. This look is achievable for anyone and looks absolutely stunning. All you need is a matte bronzer, a fluffy blending brush, and a pencil brush (optional). For this tutorial, I'm using the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Bronzer, the Sigma E40 Tapered Blending Brush, and the Sigma E30 Pencil Brush.

Simply swirl your brush into the bronzer and buff it along your crease using windshield wiper motions. To ensure proper placement, you can look down to find your crease, then look up and begin blending. You can also use small circular motions. Keep the bronzer around the crease area. If you have big eyes like me, you can bring the color onto the crease a little bit to close in all that lid space. However, if you have hooded or small eyes, keep the shadow a little higher. Remember, you don't need to be too precise with placement because the buffing and blending will give you a nice gradient look. If you want to enhance the look further, take a pencil brush and buff some of the bronzer along the lower lash line.

I love how this technique immediately contours the eyes and makes it appear as if you're wearing perfectly blended neutral eyeshadow. It's my go-to on days when I can't spare extra time for eyeshadow application but still want to look put together.

Take it a Step Further

You can stop at the bronzer and mascara stage and be ready to go. However, if you want to add some extra definition to your eyes, here's what you can do. Grab a creamy eyeliner and apply it along the lash line. Instead of going for a jet black eyeliner, opt for something brown, copper, or even a browny-plum shade to keep the look soft and not too smoky. Work in small sections and keep the line tight against the lash line. Then, using a pencil brush, smudge the eyeliner before it has a chance to dry. Repeat the process for the lower lash line.

I love how this technique adds a soft definition to the eyes without appearing too harsh or smoky. It really helps your eyes to pop even more! Plus, it's also great for creating a smoky eye look. Personally, I prefer using creamy eyeliner pencils and smudging them out with a pencil brush, as it eliminates the worry of powder eyeshadow fallout. Let me know if you'd like to see a smoky eye tutorial in the future!

The Finished Look

And there you have it! This natural eye makeup look is seriously perfect and a staple for me. Whether you wear it alone for a gorgeous and natural look or pair it with false lashes and a bold lip, the options are limitless. Give it a try and let me know how you love this trick!

One More Natural Eye Makeup Tip!

This one-product technique can be done with any matte eyeshadow that's a few shades darker than your natural skin tone. Feel free to experiment with peachy, taupe, or even pink eyeshadows to create the desired effect. Have fun and discover your perfect natural eye makeup look!
